Jean-Claude Morand (International Federation for IT in Travel and Tourism - IFITT
Dr. Jean-Claude MORAND started his career as Executive Director of Finance before moving on to the high-tech & marketing arena. After 10 years spent at Digital Equipment Europe, he evangelized his colleagues of STMicroelectronics in Geneva as Corporate Marketing Innovation Manager from 1999 to the end of 2005. He created and implemented a multi-million dollar e-Business program that implied more than 400 product managers and drove him to implement advanced XML standards to ease the system-to-system data exchanges based on Rosettanet partner interface processes (PIP© ). As soon as 2004, he implemented the first WEB 2.0 applications and more specifically RSS feeds. He has been board member of ISOC Switzerland (Geneva section) and VP of the Swiss Marketing Club in Geneva. Jean-Claude has been a city board member of one of the leading winter sport resorts in France, La Clusaz, where he was also professional ski instructor.
Jean-Claude is the author of five books. He is passionate about new technologies and more particularly by their added value to company management. Before becoming a professor, Jean-Claude was CEO of a group of travel agencies and a tour operator in Geneva. JC is also member of the Savoie Mont-Blanc Angels, a group of 156 Business Angels, the second largest in France that invest more than €2 million per year. He also sits on the board of two investing holding firms created by Savoie-Mont-Blanc Angels.
He is the board member of IFITT and a Chairman of the Industry Track at ENTER 2017 conference.

Mark Kincses (Hungarian Tourism Agency)
Mark Kincses is a tourism and marketing professional nowadays working as a market development manager of the Hungarian national tourism marketing organization. He is focused on Budapest, accompanied with regular travels to the east Adriatic Coast. He graduated from University of Veszprém (now University of Pannonia, Hungary) as BA in economics with honors in tourism and extended his tourism studies at the University of Derby in UK. He is a regular lecturer at various universities in Hungary and abroad as well as speaker at tourism and marketing conferences.

Adem Suljić (AS Congress Service Ltd.)
His quite long career in the world congress, IT, AV and similar technologies Adem started in the family company for meetings industry technical support. In the first half of the 90s Adem went to Spain, where he took over the position of branch director of the German company BRAHLER, the world leading company for conference systems at that time. He manages technical support to some of the largest and most complex MICE projects in company history, with some of them having more than 20,000 participants.
After his return to Croatia, joins AS Congress Service and takes over activities relating to representation, sales and distribution of BRAHLER systems for the region of South-East Europe, while actively participating in the planning and managing the equipment setting up for several national parliaments, governments, convention centers, as well as in numerous projects under the auspices of the UN, EU, OSCE, NATO, etc. Since 2011 focus its activities on the Business Development and Project Management, as well as the introduction of new technologies on the regional MICE market. He has received numerous awards for his work, a regular member of the CMPA and a frequent speaker at professional conferences.

Boris Zatezalo (Degordian)
Boris started his career in Pepermint agency, where he worked as project organizer for a well-known regional festival Weekend media festival. His work included agreement and managing presenters, from over five continents, where he established contacts with great names from world marketing scene. His career continues within LorealAdria, where he worked as an Assistant Brand Manager for Garnier and Maybelline. His engagement in Loreal included cooperation between more than twenty countries in Europe, concretely television and outdoor campaigns for these two brands. After six months, Boris decides to switch to agency work again, with focus on digital, where he sees an opportunity for professional growth. In the following three years, he improves his position to account manager, when he acquired Zagrebačkapivovara and Ožujsko beer, becoming in charge of this great client. Besides that, he is very active in tourism, where he works with several clients, creating and arranging strategies and business models with goal to improve their business results. Among his greatest successes are Zlatnieffie (Golden effie) for „Došlismoostavititrag“campaign and four world-recognized awards for Ožujskopivo website. Boris stands out for socially responsible engagement, cooperating with Hrabritelefon – organization which helps abused children. Boris earned special thanks for his contribution to the organization.
Aleksandar Radukin (Homepage)
Pioneer of internet marketing in Serbia, with special expertise related to Facebook. One of the founders of digital agency Homepage, the lead agency in Serbia for the interaction of brands on social networks. He works at the position of Social Media Marketing Manager. Entrepreneur, educator and motivational speaker. In his spare time, a complete racing freak.

Aleksandar Seničić (National Association of Travel Agencies od Serbia)
Aleksandar Senicic is a hotelier by profession. His career in tourism began 1987 in a travel agency Yugotours London as a representative. Later he worked for 13 years at NIS JUGOPETROL company on leading positions in tourism department (travel agency Follow Me), followed by position of general manager of a number of travel agencies in Serbia (Odeon Travel Service, PANTOURS, Travel House, etc.). In the period from1995-2015 several times he was a member of the expert working groups that dealt with realization of various projects related to tourism and travel agencies. He became the director of the National Association of Travel Agencies of Serbia (YUTA) in 2012. Also, Aleksandar is a member of the National Council for Tourism of the Republic of Serbia, as well as a member of number of working groups and committees within the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia.

Karmen Kanyo (Hunguest Hotels, Hungary)
Karmen Kanyo was born in Serbia but lives and works in Hungary for past 15 years. After completing her studies in Szeged (Hungary) she started career at Hunguest Hotel Forrás **** superior as a sales assistant in charge of the Serbian market. After 3 years, she continued her career in Budapest at Hunguest Hotels Group head office as a sales manager for the Balkans. Hunguest Hotels currently have 22 hotels (of which 8 in the franchise system) and all hotels have wellness & spa centers with some of them having congress centers too. Karmen is a representative of Hunguest Hotels at all fairs, workshops and various conferences related to the Balkan region.

Dejan Pejčinović (Hotel Zira, Serbia)
Dejan has been in the hotel industry for past 25 years with extensive international experience. For the last ten years, he worked as general manager of several hotels in Belgrade (Hotel Crystal 4*, Hotel President 5*, Hotel Zira 4*). Since 2013 he is general manager of Hotel Zira 4*. Also, Dejan is vice-president of the business association of hoteliers and restaurateurs of Serbia (HORES) and the representative for the hospitality industry in the assembly of Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. His experience and knowledge is transferred to his associates and he continuously strives to improve the conditions for doing business and the business environment for hospitality industry.

Nenad Vuksan (Fabrika / Profectus, Serbia)

Nenad Vuksan is a business coach with 10 years of experience. Areas of his education and expertise are a direct sales, employee motivation, communication and business leadership.
During his career he had the opportunity to pass several levels of management and all levels of sales, including direct sales one on one, a sales presentation and network marketing. In business circles he is known as someone who motivates and spreads positive energy that still conveys in his trainings.

He is the founder and director of the Business skills academy "Profectus" and "Fabrika" business incubator. He works as a permanent consultant in the field of sales, motivation, business leadership and communication. A member of the Rotary Club of Novi Sad (Serbia), which also speaks that he is a great humanist too. His coaching education is perfected through various seminars and training sessions.

Predrag Filipović (Fabrika / Profectus, Serbia)

Predrag Filipovic is a media engineer with extensive experience in the field of branding. Interests have taken him in the direction of creating a continent and education in personal and business sense, a field for which he studied the production of films and promotional campaigns, branding and archetypal psychology. In his career he worked mainly as a freelancer, with experience in running his own business through which he collaborated with many companies as an associate and media consultant primarily in field of branding. They call him a shaman in the business world for his creative, philosophical approach to business and creating brands.

He is a regular lecturer and a co-founder of the "Profectus" business skills academy, one of the founders of "Fabrika" business incubator, and a member of the "Association of psychotherapists, counselors and coaches of Serbia" and both nationally and European certified OLI lajf coach, showing his interest in people and expressing individuality.
